Hello Arya,

If you are seriously looking for your website promotion, you need to design your site in such manner that it can be crawled by all engine spiders easily. you need to submit your sites to the engines and directories so that engines can catch your site(s) from there and they they can index your website.

as far as the promotion is concer, it takes a lot rather than just submitting your site to engines. you need to see your page structure for the each engines individually and they you need to make changes according to the search engines algorithm.

Link exchange might be a better way to promote your site in engines but all it depends upon your seo efforts.
