I have been with Drupalvaluehosting only a short time, however have had excellent support in that time. In a recent issue, Drupalvaluehosting has solved the problem quickly, and has given me the knowledge to ensure it doesn't happen again. I definitely get the impression that they care about their customers and their servers. Drupalvaluehosting is an excellent choice.
